Please read the Terms and Conditions of ANPA
Furniture (Terms) carefully as by placing an order
you will be deemed to have read, understood and
agreed to them.
1. This website and the Terms have been designed
for use within the United Kingdom and are made
under English law. By using the website you agree
to this and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts and that these Terms will
apply to the supply of any goods made to you by
ANPA Furniture.
2. The website and its contents are provided by
ANPA Furniture without any representation or warranty
of any kind in respect of the website and/or its
content. You must bear the risks associated with
the use of the Internet. We shall not be liable
to you or any third party for any loss or damage
which may arise from the use of any content on
the website or access to the website.
3. The provisions of these conditions relate exclusivity
to the supply of Goods within the United Kingdom.
Whilst we are happy to consider requests for Goods
and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom,
separate arrangements with regard to price, delivery
and payment will apply. You should therefore contact
our Customer Services department, details of which
are given at the end of these terms, for any non-UK
requirements. We give no warranty, that use of
the website, including the placing of orders from
outside the UK, complies with any non-UK legislation.
Goods, promotions or credit terms not permitted
under any such legislation are therefore not offered
to users in such territories.
4. A Contract for the sale of Goods will arise
at the point at which an order has been processed
and the Goods dispatched. The credit/debit card
the details of which you provided to us with your
order will be charged for the value of the Goods
sent, plus delivery charges where appropriate.
5. Prices and availability of Goods are subject
to change without notice. Where the price of Goods
has increased since the date of your order you
will be notified accordingly prior to Goods being
dispatched. Your Right to Cancel You may cancel
your order at any time up until the point of dispatch.
If you choose to cancel your order prior to dispatch
then any payments that were made by you will be
refunded to the credit or debit card from which
they were taken within 30 days. If your order
has already been dispatched, you will need to
return the Goods to us, following the return or
exchange item instructions below.
6. Returns Policy you are entitled to return Goods
within 28 days of receipt subject to compliance
with our returns policy as set out in this Clause.
7. Your statutory rights are not affected by this
policy.
o Where Goods are returned, provided that they
are returned in perfect condition, unused, complete
and with the original packaging we shall exchange
or provide a refund of the price of the Goods.
ANPA Furniture does not accept liability for any
costs incurred for the return of Goods, unless
in the opinion of ANPA Furniture the Goods are
faulty. If exchanging Goods and the new items
you require costs less than the ones you have
returned we will refund you the difference. If
exchanging Goods and the new items you require
cost more than the one you returned an additional
payment to cover the balance will be required.
All items that are exchanged will incur a new
delivery charge at the then current rate, unless
they are deemed faulty by us, in which case no
further delivery charges will arise. Where items
of clothing are supplied, these items cannot be
exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons if the
packaging seal is broken. Refunds for items bought
can only be made to the original credit/debit
card used for the purchase.
o Faulty Item Returns If the Goods you received
are faulty, please contact our customer services
department on sales@anpainterioris.co.uk or alternatively
call 01773 541 444 quoting your order number,
your name and address, details of the product
and the defect and whether you require a refund
or a replacement. You will then be given an authorization
number and advised on how to proceed with the
return. You have 28 working days from the day
after receipt of the faulty Goods to return them
to us.
o Wrong item Received Returns If the Goods you
received are not what you originally ordered,
please contact our customer services department
quoting your order number, your name and address,
details of the Goods ordered / received and whether
you require a refund or a replacement. You will
then be given an authorization number and advised
on how to proceed with the return. You have 28
working days from the day after receipt of the
item to return them to us.
o Discount codes & vouchers If a discount
was applied to your original order, the amount
refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised
order value and appropriate discount level.
o Returns Information All Returns should be sent

o For all returns you are strongly advised to
obtain proof of postage and condition at point
of posting. ANPA Furniture cannot accept responsibility
for parcels which have been lost or damaged in
transit.
o The cost of returning the Goods to us is your
responsibility unless Goods are faulty.
o All returns should include the original invoice
for the goods (though you are advised to keep
one copy of the invoice for your own records)
to enable us to process the return as quickly
as possible. This returns policy does not affect
your statutory rights.
8. Methods of Payment We accept online payment
by credit/debit card only. We currently accept
MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta and American Express.
All transactions are in pounds sterling (£).
Prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£)
and are correct at the time of publication. Where
appropriate prices are inclusive of UK sales tax
(VAT) at the current rate of 15%.
9. Delivery
Unfortunately we cannot provide a delivery service
to Eire, Mainland Europe or the rest of the world.
Express Delivery (Within 24 hours)
Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Isles, Northern
Ireland -Sorry, we cannot provide an express delivery
service to offshore locations of the UK.
o All deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm
Monday to Friday and need to be signed for at
the address they are being delivered to. If there
is no one available to accept the delivery, a
second attempt will be made on the next available
working day. If the second attempt your order
has not been delivered, you will be required to
collect the goods from your local DPD depot. Details
can be found on the card left by the delivery
driver. Alternatively, if you still require delivery
after this, a further delivery payment will be
requested.
o Once your order has been dispatched we are unable
to change the delivery address. If you have made
a mistake when placing your order and wish to
change the shipping address please contact us

o If you have any questions about delivery options,
please contact us.
10. Consent Use of this website to place an order
for goods signifies that you have consented to
the collection processing and use of personal
information by us for the purpose of administering
and dealing with your order or account, market
research, processing your payments, credit/debit
reference checking and fraud detection, We may
choose to use this information for marketing for
ourselves and carefully chosen partner companies.
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this
site.
11. Disclaimer & Limitations of liability
- To the fullest extent allowed by law and save
as provided above, neither ANPA Furniture nor
any associated company shall be liable to you
by reason of any representation, or any implied
warranty, condition or other term, or any duty
at common law, or under the express terms of the
contract, or in negligence (whether on the part
of the ANPA Furniture or any of its members, agents,
directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect
special or consequential damage or loss (including
but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving),
costs, expenses or other claims for compensation
whatsoever which arise out of or in connection
with the use of this website, the supply of the
Goods or their use or resale by you.
- While ANPA Furniture makes reasonable endeavours
to ensure that the information on this website
is accurate; it does not provide any warranty
as to its accuracy or completeness and will not
be responsible for any errors or omissions or
for the results arising from the use of such information.
- ANPA Furniture shall not be responsible nor
liable for your use of any other websites which
you may access through hyperlinks placed within
this website. These websites are not controlled
by ANPA Furniture and we are not responsible for
their content. Such links are offered as a service
to users of this website and their inclusion does
not constitute an endorsement of or affiliation
with any such site.
- ANPA Furniture will not be liable to you or
be deemed to have been in breach of the contract
in the case of any delay in performing, or any
failure to perform, any of its obligations in
relation to the products ordered if the delay
or failure was the result of any cause beyond
its reasonable control. Time for delivery of Goods
shall not be of the essence of the contract.
- The extent of any liability of ANPA Furniture
arising under the contract for the supply of Goods
to you shall not exceed the price of the Goods,
except as expressly provided in these Terms.
12. ANPA Furniture is entitled to assign or transfer
any of its rights or sub-contract any of its obligations
under these terms and conditions to any third
party. Except with the specific permission in
writing of ANPA Furniture, you may not assign
or transfer any of your rights or sub-contract
any of your obligations under these terms and
conditions.
13. ANPA Furniture takes every care to ensure
that the description prices and specification
of our products are correct at the time of going
to press. We endeavour to ensure that the colour
reproduction of representation of Goods is accurate;
however we cannot accept any responsibility for
any variation in colour caused by the browser
software or computer system used by you.
14. No person who is not a party to these terms
and conditions shall have any right to enforce
any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third
Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions
is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory
rights that may not be legally excluded.
15. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall
exclude our liability for personal injury or death
caused by our negligence or for any fraudulent
misrepresentation.

any pictures, logos, photographs, designs, text
written and other materials) are the copyright
or registered trademark of ANPA Furniture, connected
companies or its content and technology providers
or their respective owners. ALL RIGHTS TO THE

any other work of part or all of the material
