range of furniture was carefully selected to meet
this requirement. Anpa Furniture now brings you
an exciting range of luxurious, quality furniture
at affordable prices.
We are a family business and was founded by Angela
Barbaro-Robins and Paul Robins. The company is
based in Jacksdale, Nottingham.

ORDERS
Please note that the cancellations must be made
within 24 hours of order placement to avoid incurring
specialist carriage charges.
We will always try to deliver multiple orders
together unless one of the products is temporarily
out of stock, in which case it will be forwarded
within a later agreed timescale. Only one delivery
charge will be payable.
If any products are temporarily out of stock
we will notify you of this. If the products have
been discontinued then a full refund will be given
within 28 days.
RETURNS
Non-faulty - (unwanted)
If for some reason any products do not meet your
expectations, ANPA Furniture must be notified
of full intention to return any goods within 7
working days starting the day after the delivery
of the products. This can be done by sending an
email to sales@anpafurniture.co.uk quoting your
order reference number. We will respond to all
emails within 24 hours.
In case of returns the full amount will be returned
to you without quarrel. Any monies owed will be
returned to the consumer within 30 days of the
cancellation.
All returns that are non-faulty must be returned
unused with the original packaging (preferably
unopened) securely wrapped for postage purposes.
Please ensure that you have a proof of postage
from the post office such as those given with
special or recorded delivery. ANPA Furniture will
not be held responsible for any goods lost in
the postal system.
Any items returned to us damaged in the post
are the responsibility of the sender and not the
responsibility of ANPA Furniture. We will not
issue a refund in this case.
FAULTY GOODS
If for some reason any products do not meet your
expectations, ANPA Furniture must be notified
of full intention to return any faulty goods within
24 hours from receipt of products. This can be
done by sending an email to sales@anpafurniture.co.uk
quoting your order reference number. We will respond
to all emails within 24 hours.
Specialist items that cannot be returned if unwanted
Please note that some items cannot be returned
once the goods have been delivered. This can be
due to many factors. Please find below a list
of products that have special return policies
attached to them. If you are unsure as to the
special terms and conditions that apply to the
products below please feel free to call our customer

sales@anpafurniture.co.uk. We will respond to
all emails within 24 hours.
Duvets, pillows and bedding - Once any of these
products have been opened we are unable to take
them back due to reasons of hygiene.
